BrainJuice Mobile, LLC is an innovative software and services company that builds mobile solutions for US federal clients, prime contractors, and corporations. We enjoy teaming up with our partners during the creative process. Together we combine our talents to deliver immersive, highly customized mobile apps for any project.

Our History
BrainJuice was founded by sister-brother team, Janet Roucis and Jim Roucis in 2012 during the rippling effects of what is now termed our country’s Great Recession. The company was designed to bring forth a vision of mobile business innovation long before such concepts took hold. Timing was key… innovation that emerges and survives during the hardest economic times may be best poised to bring those beneficial changes to fruition. Our success is a direct tribute to a handful of brave, hard working individuals who believed in and stood by us for many years. During such journeys, it’s difficult to connect all the dots until you get there — it has been a long and fascinating road.

In 2015, BrainJuice was honored to be chosen out of all the small businesses in the country to participate in the US Department of Energy’s Mentor Protégé Program. We graduated from the program in January of 2019 after successfully launching our Tour Companion app that has revolutionized how tours are conducted at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory, our nation’s leading laboratory for renewable energy research.
Indeed, good ideas and determination are not enough. The DOE’s Mentor Protégé Program championed and nurtured our Economically Disadvantaged Woman Owned Small Business and many others. This program provided us with an opportunity to demonstrate our true potential as a service provider in the public sector and we are grateful to the DOE and the NREL teams for working with us through the process.
